 Sharon’s career in the dementia field spans over 20 years, during which she has had the privilege of collaborating with organizations across the United States and around the globe. Her work reflects a deep commitment to sharing a message of optimism and hope for individuals navigating the challenges of cognitive impairment. With extensive experience in dementia program operations, staff education, curriculum development, curated dementia engagement, and marketing and sales, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Always There partners.  She is also a seasoned public speaker and has presented at many state and national conferences,  

  Edwina Condry is an experienced Program Director and, Dementia Educator. Driven by her passion for seniors, she takes pride in providing opportunities for meaningful engagement to everyone living with memory challenges.  Her areas of expertise include interactive education, coaching, and customizing engagement experiences for persons living with dementia.

Edwina’s dedication to elders can be traced back to her work as a CNA which began in 2002. Since then she has worked in the Health Care industry for many years gaining experience and expertise. She is passionate about providing Always There partners with the tools necessary to be successful in delivering excellent care and high quality of life to all people with cognitive challenges.

Edwina is a Certified Dementia Specialist and Certified Nursing Assistant.
