Always There, LLC, co-founded by Sharon Johnson and Edwina Condry, is dedicated to creating curated, operationally sustainable engagement programs for individuals living with dementia. Our mission is to share our many years of experience with organizations aiming to deliver an outstanding quality of life for the elders they support who are living with cognitive decline.

With over fifty years of combined experience in the field, our coaching methods are rooted in operational knowledge including experience in direct management of residential memory support programs as well as advisory services for a wide range of providers.
